Klerksdorp Native Isabella van der Westhuizen Claims International Miss South Africa Title

Five-Day Intensive National Competition

The national event evaluated contestants across a wide variety of competitive segments designed to test poise, public speaking, physical fitness, and personal advocacy. Over the five days, participants completed judged divisions including Miss Green, Runway, Fitness, Onstage Introduction, Panel Interviews, Onstage Question, Fun Fashion, and Ballgown.

Beyond stage presentation, contestants highlighted their community involvement and philanthropic platforms. Van der Westhuizen has previously spearheaded initiatives such as "Christmas All the Time," which creates holiday care packages for underprivileged children, and community-focused projects supporting animal welfare and autism awareness.

Next Stage: Global Representation in the United States

Following her national victory, Van der Westhuizen will transition to preparing for the international leg of the competition. As part of her national prize package, she secured a fully sponsored trip to represent South Africa on the global stage in Colorado, USA. Her victory highlights the ongoing representation of North West province talents in national and international beauty platforms.
