Matlosana Patches Potholes on N12 and Grades Jouberton Streets This Week
The work was done by the Roads section of the city's Technical and Infrastructure Directorate as part of ongoing road maintenance across Matlosana. The statement lists the streets that were repaired this week, including a stretch of the N12 in Klerksdorp.
Where potholes were patched
- Klerksdorp: N12; Latham Street
- Jouberton: Kopanong Street; Benji Oliphant Street
- Kanana: Samuel Mbele Street
- Alabama: Rus Ter Vaal Street, Ext 1; corner of Alex Street and the community hall
- Khuma: Chris Hani Street, Ext 8
Streets that were graded
Road teams also graded gravel streets in two parts of Jouberton:
- Peacock Street, Ext 12 (6830 Jouberton)
- Between the Ext 16 waterfall and Lepalapala Street
The city said the work shows its commitment to improving infrastructure and services, and asked residents and motorists to be careful and obey the signs while teams are working.
