The SAVF Rethabile Children's Home has announced the details for its annual 2026 Fun Run, giving participants a chance to hit the pavement while supporting child welfare.

The event takes place on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, setting off from Fitness Zone on Austin Street in Wilkoppies. The official starting gun goes off at 18:00, but registration desks open early on the day from 16:00 to 17:45 for late arrivals and check-ins.

Distance Options and Entry Fees

The event caters to different fitness levels, offering three distinct routes for runners and walkers alike:

2.5 km: R40 pre-entry or R60 on the day.
4.9 km: R60 pre-entry or R80 on the day.
10 km (Club Members Only): R80 pre-entry or R100 on the day.

Every participant who finishes their chosen distance receives a commemorative medal at the finish line.
