HTS Klerksdorp First Team Crowned North West School Football League Champions
A league title is the reward for a full season of consistency, and HTS Klerksdorp's first-team boys delivered exactly that. The school shared the news along with a team photo of the players in their medals, gathered around the trophy.
Top of the group, then through the knockouts
According to the school, the team finished first in its group before winning both the semi-final and the final against the other qualifying schools. That path meant there was no room for error once the knockout stage began, and the side came through both matches to lift the 2026 title.
A goalkeeper to remember
Individual honours went to Kalego Ntjoboko, who was crowned goalkeeper of the season. In a competition decided by knockout matches, a reliable last line of defence can make all the difference.
