The Kagiso Lerefolo Foundation, in partnership with Youth Courage ACSF and supported by the National Youth Service along with various local stakeholders, has announced two major community development initiatives under the NYS-AIN Phase 5 banner scheduled for September 2026.
Supporting Education and Youth Dignity at Tlokwe Secondary

The first event focuses on restoring dignity and supporting school attendance among local youth through the Official Handover of Sanitary Towels & School Shoes. This drive aims to alleviate basic resource shortages that often impact learners' daily education and confidence, ensuring students remain equipped for academic success.
Community Care: Elderly House Cleaning & Food Hamper Donation

Location: Sarafina
The second event turns focus toward senior citizens with a community outreach initiative dedicated to the Cleaning of Elderly Houses & Donation of Food Hampers. Volunteers will assist local seniors by providing essential household cleaning services alongside food support to care for vulnerable community members.
