North West TVET Colleges Clash at Action-Packed Sportistic Main Activation

The energy was electric on September 12, 2026, as Sportistic hosted its premier main activation: The Sportistic College Cup Festival Activation – Ball Games. Organized in partnership with the Council of South African College Student Athletics (CoSACSA), the high-stakes day served as the grand culmination of a series of build-up events leading to the highly anticipated Sportistic College Cup Festival on October 3, 2026.

Athletes from three prominent North West institutions—Taletso TVET College, Vuselela TVET College, and Orbit TVET College—converged to showcase their skill and competitive spirit across five sporting codes: soccer, netball, rugby, volleyball, and basketball.

A major highlight of the day was the official handover of the Sportistic College Cup Festival kits. Sportistic presented custom gear to all three colleges specifically for their soccer and netball teams, marking these two disciplines as the primary featured codes for the upcoming main festival in October.

To keep the athletes fueled throughout the intensive tournament, Blue Ribbon stepped in as an official sponsor, generously providing bread and nourishment for the players between matches.

With high-caliber performances on display and team pride on the line, the activation succeeded in setting a powerful precedent for what lies ahead. The road now leads directly to October 3, 2026, where these TVET powerhouse colleges will meet once again to battle for ultimate bragging rights at the Sportistic College Cup Festival.
