The 75th Anniversary Edition of the Miss World competition concluded on September 5, 2026, at the iconic 2 Thang 4 Square in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

 While Joheirry Mola Dominguez of the Dominican Republic was crowned the overall Miss World 2026, the evening proved to be a historic celebration of leadership, advocacy, and representation across the globe, with the African continent delivering one of its strongest collective performances in pageant history.

South Africa’s Romanda Hombir Crowned Miss World Africa 2026

Leading Africa's triumph was South Africa’s Romanda Hombir, who advanced to the Top 6 global finalists and was officially crowned Miss World Africa 2026.

Eritrea Makes History in Global Top 6 Debut

Africa’s impact extended further with a historic achievement by Snit Habteab Tewoldemedhin, representing Eritrea, a sovereign nation in East Africa located in the Horn of Africa, bordered by the Red Sea to the east and northeast.
